Wild Provisions started as an idea by the forces behind 4 Noses Brewing Company to create something that would take their craft to the next level. They wanted to make a facility where they could produce traditional styles of lagers and spontaneous ales that require tremendous time, attention, and very particular equipment.
The brewery has spaces specificially designed to facilitate both wild and clean fermentation as well as barrel aging and bottle aging.
The unique functions of the production space are all visible from the taproom. The materiality of the oak barrels is laced all the way through the space from the bar to the ceiling to the tables in order to create a feeling of connection, and continuity, and to celebrate the beauty of the process that has led to the beer in the glass.
Studio Biblio is also responsible for the graphics and branding of the packaged beers, creating a holistic identity for Wild provisions.
Wild Provisions received the Westword award for Best New Brewery Taproom in 2021.
